What is purported to be a tale about murdered nun, Cathy Cesnik, this quickly devolves into one story after another about horrific sexual abuse at the hands of a priest. Our star victim is Jean Hargadon Wehner, a life coach and certified reflexologist. Netflix regales her tales of depravity for 2 episodes before dropping the bomb in 3 that these are repressed memories. She never told anyone until adulthood, specifically during the repressed memory craze in the early 80's. She also has multiple personalities who were abused by an uncle and strangers, well before her abuse at the hands of the Church. The fun doesn't stop there. She's also claimed this same uncle has abused her 10 siblings, though none can remember this. As far as the church rapes go, supposedly they were from 4 priests, 5 brothers, 2 cops, 3 teachers, and a local politician. Oh, and she also remembers killing a nun herself, though never mentions her name. But you won't hear about much of this because it destroys Netflix's narrative. Yeah, she is certifiably insane. And so are all the supposed 'journalists' who never bothered to do their jobs & blindly speak well of this horrible person. Need more proof? Jean Hargadon Wehner is also known as Jane Doe, who sued the Catholic Church for $40 million. She then settled for $50k. That's right, from $40 million to $50k. That's called a cash grab, folks. Seriously, it should be criminal to distort the truth this much.… Expand

Solid murder mystery, delves pretty hard into rape/abuse in the church though so needs a ton of trigger warnings. Would recommend though
