Scary to see what some people are capable of, even when they seem friendly and helpful from the outside. Phenomenal acting with some deeply troubling scenes that gradually build to a terrifying character study of schizophrenia and malice. It's a slow burn, but a gripping one. Watch it. But you'll never innocently open a letter again.
