The subject explored has been sadly over-exploited and was already morbid enough in itself, and yet this show fails to deliver any kind of answers that would give another dimension to the case or provoke the pertinent questions. What The Girl From Plainville ends up doing is just digging into that rot, glamorizing a grim real story that shouldn't have gotten that treatment. Michelle Carter was exposed as an extremely narcissistic person, and it is known the things she wrote to her boyfriend, and while it may sound like I'm reading too much into it, I don't doubt that she will eventually, if not already, boast that Elle Fanning personified her. I began to lose a bit of interest toward the end because it became a bit too slow from the starting point and the pacing made me lose some interest. Expand
