Season 1 Review: [Holbrook and Sutherland are] both engaging enough, able to jump into the intensity in ways that some of the other Quibi shows fail to do. However, “The Fugitive” ultimately feels like the kind of thing that might have worked on the ABC Fall schedule better than it does here, where it reminds one a bit too much of Andrew Davis’s excellent 1993 film … only cut into pieces.
