    This sets up our lead as the "hero."
    Did the handsy boss deserve to be sued and impoverished? Yep
    Assaulted and a hole cut in his throat? Nope

    A bit slow, the cleaning lady is a fascinating premise with mediocre execution. I will be watching to see how it develops.

    I'm enjoying seeing how this series unfolds. I find it interesting enough to keep me watching. It is slow going but I believe this story line needs that in order to, eventually, see the broader picture. Definitely not for "family" viewing, but is watch-worthy!

    “The Cleaning Lady” has good intentions, but is far too derivative to form a compelling series. Yung is a star, as is Millan, but the two women are smothered by the soapy (pun intended) issues of a criminal underworld that feels like Mafia 101.
