    This is a GENERIC still standing. Not funny at all, really dumb jokes....who wrote this a 10 yr old. really dumb show, show more family guy instead.

    His standup, while nothing special, is worth checking out. This show, on the other hand, is worth avoiding with every ounce of your being. I don't care who stars in it, shows like this should never be made.

    Boy, you guys would complain if you were going to get hung with a new rope. If this show bothers you so much, why don't you just watch something else? I enjoy Bill Engvall's style of comedy very much and agree that he is better in stand up, but it's because you can only say thjings in a certain way when our kids are going to be watching.     It almost paralled my life just they have 1 extra kid. The wife and I laughed several times realizing we were in the same situation. Its a fun show, people just need to enjoy life.

    PLEASE stop these guys. Their jokes were only mildly funny the first time. Now at their 1000th repeat they are a new form of terrorism.

    Makes C-grade generic sitcoms like 'According to Jim' look like 'The Cosby Show'. It's not a trainwreck, it's just bland, unoriginal, dated and worst of all unfunny.

    The Bill Engvall Show is a depressing display of gutless television. Clearly trying to be a generic family sitcom so as to not offend, the show ends up providing nothing of merit. There are moments from the pilot and other episodes I've seen where good actors are asked to do ridiculously embarrassingly lame scenes that lead to every predictable endings. Really, do the producers of The Bill Engvall Show is a depressing display of gutless television. Clearly trying to be a generic family sitcom so as to not offend, the show ends up providing nothing of merit. There are moments from the pilot and other episodes I've seen where good actors are asked to do ridiculously embarrassingly lame scenes that lead to every predictable endings.     This show took no skills to write. Jokes are not funny, plot is weak, humor is extremely forced, and overall it's boring as all hell. If Bill Engvall gets a show, then surely I deserve one.

    This is one of a few sitcoms I have seen that have managed to make me angry that anyone would think I would find the show the least bit funny or enjoyable in any way. Are these people even trying?

    Mildly funny...writing needs to improve. Most of the first episode was predictable and the only laughing we heard came from the laugh track.

    Bill's acting seemnged forced and his costar the wife seems not really interested in acting at all. It seems like a comedian trying to cash in on the fame he archived riding on Foxworthys fame. From a clip show to this disaster.
