Summary:
In The Bad News Bears, we meet Morris Buttermaker, a former minor league baseball player who was trying to make a living as a swimming pool cleaner. One of his clients didn't pay him, and he drove the client's car into the swimming pool. Instead of doing jail time, he volunteered to coach the baseball team at Hoover Junior High School. This would be something that Mr. Buttermaker would regret in the long run.
