Much maligned for being a poor carbon copy of the Trump series... Martha's apprentice is, in my opinion, bright and refreshing. Some of the tasks are remarkably similar to the other Apprentice outings, but perhaps that is the nature of the beast in this genre.' CBS tried to out-Martha Martha with their Wickedly Perfect show last summer... The Cut was too fashion oriented. Much maligned for being a poor carbon copy of the Trump series... Martha's Apprentice shows clearly that a multi-media empire is not as easy as pie, or decorating. We are delivered a great cast of wanna-be's and Omarosa's. I'm sorry to see such low ratings... because this is *my* favorite show of the season Expand

I never liked this show. Even though I've never seen, I've read about in TV Guide. This is a total rip-off of Donald Trump's "The Apprentice". Why did Martha Stewart have to do this? Why couldn't she have gone back to her cooking show or something. Martha should be ashamed of herself for ripping off the "Apprentice".

I loved watching both apprentice shows. So Martha isn't an explosive hothead like Trump. It was still fun to watch.

Not very entertaining. Just watch the Donald version and one a week is enough.

This version to me is much better than Donald Trump... I think people expect her to be like Donald, but she is not...She does things with class and I like that...

This show is lame lame lame. Donald Trump, who is an unabashed pompous ass, provides some drama and flair in his show and appears to at least be a GENUINE pompous ass. Martha, on the other hand, appears to be faking it - badly. She tries to appear human and personable but it comes accross as an insincere attempt. Martha is generally unpleasant to watch or listen to. I recommend if you This show is lame lame lame. Donald Trump's is about 1,000 times better. Martha's is not very competitive and is not very intense. In the board room-which should be called the bored room-she hardly even yells or argues with the contestants. You would think she would care a lot more about who worked with her like Donald does. Plus her challenges are not as challenging as those on "The Apprentice." I Donald Trump's is about 1,000 times better. Martha's is not very competitive and is not very intense. This show is so bad, it just goes to show...that money can keep truly bad shows on the air ...even when the audience is not there

  1. If you've seen the original with Donald Trump, there is scarcely a need to view this carbon copy.
  2. Like "Martha," in which she is required to appear interested in celebrities and to whip up the crowd, "The Apprentice" is not a perfect fit.

There is no fear in this show or any of the doom, shame, ignominy or flat-out reprobation that comes with getting one's head handed to one by the Donald.... Without fear, there is no danger and without danger, no drama.
