Summary:
Based on the Luc Besson film Taxi, New York detective Caitlyn "Cat" Sullivan (Chyler Leigh) has been seeking her father's killer when she was demoted to foot patrol. After she discovers taxi driver Leo Romba (Jacky Ido) he lied on his immigration forms, they form a partnership to help each other.
