Summary:
Dr Christian Jessen and Anna Richardson take a look at extreme dieting and examine the ways that fad diets affect your health.
Each week they compare the eating habits of two participants: an overweight person and an underweight person. The two are brought to a 'feeding clinic', and then live together for five days, swapping diets and discussing their differing lifestyles.
