This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. A TV series that started very well as the prequel of an the excellent movie "Suburra", among the first movies that Netflix produced in Italy. The first two seasons are gold. The third season, unfortunately, lost it all. It's a pity for a such a promising productions to get lost in a rush of kill it and close it, regardless of any rule of narrative and character progression. Thumbs up for the cast, the photography, and the settings. A missed opportunity Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. A series that began wonderfully but declined with each season. By the middle of season three the eye rolls came with nearly every scene. It's as if the writers simply gave up with character development and plot design. So sad for a series that began with such clever and captivating characters and stories. Watch season one (great) and season two (okay) but only subject yourself to season three if you simply want to see a caricature--one that reminds you of how good the show could have been. Expand

Great series. It's worth watching in the Italian original using the subtitles, as the dubbing is atrocious and does no justice to the dialects Rome, Ostia and gypsy that characterize the series.
