    Then 10th and final season of the show. I must warn you that while many arcs are finished the Ori and Ba’al arcs were not. There was a movieThen 10th and final season of the show. I must warn you that while many arcs are finished the Ori and Ba’al arcs were not. There was a movie called “Stargate The Arc of Truth” that finished the Ori arc and “Stargate Continuum” that finished the show. Of cause there is always Stargate Atlantis for more Stargate fun (Stargate Universe was not released at this point and was inferior while not bad). I am mostly satisfied with the final season and the ending is nice. In this season the Ori crusade takes momentum as they want to take over the galaxy and probably get enough power to start their holy war of extinction on the Ancients. This would be a conflict normal mortals do not even hope to comprehend. All powers in the galaxy are affected by the Ori and there will be casualties. Luckily there is hope as the Ancient named Merlin wanted a solution and created a device to combat them or so tell the legends. Also Ba’al shows he is one of the best schemers in the show. He is such a great antagonist. For the last time I have to say that a strength of the show is the set up of characters and arcs. Many things will be build up and have impacts or developments in later seasons or were prepared in previous seasons to unfold. Now I continue with my favourite episodes before my final rating: “Flesh and Blood” continues the story after the milky way forces were crushed by the Ori and Vala gave birth. It shows how serious it is. “The Pegasus Project” is a bit of advertising / crossover with Stargate Atlantis. Has an interesting twist and gives a bit of hope in hopeless times. “Insiders” for Ba’al, the humorous situation and outcome. Here you see why Ba’al is so enjoyable. “Memento Mori” is a Vala episode and I spoil not more here. While I enjoyed “The Quest part 1 and 2” it is only slightly in the top episodes spot. However it sets a lot in motion and have consequences. “The Road not taken” is a nice what if episode and enjoyable change of pace. “The Shroud” is the cumulation of the Merlin arc and I love the story and ambiguity. “Family Ties” for the character Jacek, humour and conclusion. “Dominion” for the cat and mouse games, idea and conclusion that sets up more. “Unending” is a nice final episode and stisfying enough to leave a good feeling at the end. Remember however what I said at the beginning. There was a movie called “Stargate The Arc of Truth” that finished the Ori arc and “Stargate Continuum” that finished the show. Overall a nice final season and I give a 8/10. The whole show was enjoyabele and I thank everyone involved.… Full Review »

    It might not be as awesome as the previous season, but it was an awesome ending!

    If we look back 10 seasons, 10 freaking seasons of this    It might not be as awesome as the previous season, but it was an awesome ending!

    If we look back 10 seasons, 10 freaking seasons of this epic sci-fi show...I can't explain how awesome it is. It revolutionized the sci-fi genre at grand level and if you haven't watched it, go and do it now! Sure the dialogs and not every episode is very good, but the show is overall very unique!

    This tenth season truly deserves a 9/10!
