Easily the most watchable of any Sonic-related TV show by a country mile, with a powerful narrative about rebellion that features subtle environmentalist undertones.

This show captures Sonic's devil-may-care attitude, which the games had not demonstrated so overtly before the show; furthermore, the other characters in the show all bounce off of Sonic so well, bringing far more personality and meaningful appeal to what is, at the end of the day, a children's TV show that did not need to be so well-crafted.

SatAM is not only the greatest Sonic cartoon; it is also a great cartoon in its own right. It is well worth a watch for any fan of the video games, and will far outshine the simplicity of most other cartoons featuring the Blue Blur.… Expand
