    loved season 1 and tolerated 2 and 3 because Tom Mison and Nicole Beharie were so fun to watch and better than ever when they were in the same scene. I really was hesitant about this season but am loving the new actors: Janina Gavankar; Jerry MacKinnon; Rachel Melvin; and Oona Yaffe . they never bore and the plots and scripts are far superior to the last 2 seasons . this is funloved season 1 and tolerated 2 and 3 because Tom Mison and Nicole Beharie were so fun to watch and better than ever when they were in the same scene. I really was hesitant about this season but am loving the new actors: Janina Gavankar; Jerry MacKinnon; Rachel Melvin; and Oona Yaffe . they never bore and the plots and scripts are far superior to the last 2 seasons . this is fun again! and Tom/Ichabod is back to the S1 guy I enjoyed and not the silly buffoon from S3 (junk food and emoji passion-ugh)… Expand

    I'm really liking this season. I was hesitant about the reboot, but this feels more like season 1 than 2 or 3 were. Like the new cast, and the storytelling feels more confident than last season.

    Not as good as S1-3. Everything is too easy. Of course there's secret tunnel there, of course there's a book within reach that explains how to defeat the latest creature. Of course the little girl is the new witness and just happens to be the daughter of the detective. Bleah

    It's the second reboot of the series. The season is very boring, with the exception of the two last episodes. Tom Mison is superb, but the show is weaken due to the absence of Beharie's acting. I think that Jobe is the most interesting new character (in spite of the fact that he has a minor role) in this season because the rest is very irrelevant.
