Summary:
This series revolves around a private high school whose student council is chosen entirely by popular vote and Ken Sugisaki is the only male representative. As such he is permitted to enter the 'sacred sanctuary' of the council's meeting room where he is privy to the various council meetings, most of which devolve into daily conversations about the students lives and interests.
