Partisan left-wing whining about how much they hate Trump. Pete Davidson whining about how he hates Trump. Alec Baldwin doing a Trump impersonation. Yeah....

Saturday Night Live was never partisan. That being said, I enjoyed Donald Trump's portrayal of Alec Baldwin most of the time but not every episode. I thought the weekend updates were really funny. Melissa McCarthy's episode was probably my favorite and her Sean Spicer impression was awesome. Overall I'd give it a 9.4.

Trump's whining about bias is embarrassing and every president gets made fun on SNL. That being said after Kate Mckinnon opened the first episode after the election as Hillary Singing "Halleluja" their intention to take a partisan approach could not have been more clear.

I do not think I was alone when I expected for the lyrics to change to parody, or for anything comical to be included

I do not think I was alone when I expected for the lyrics to change to parody, or for anything comical to be included in the opening skit. I could have been critical of Trump for all I care, but I don't tune into SNL to watch someone cry and play a sad song because their candidate wasn't elected.

Also, Baldwin needs to add in some more Trump faces, he makes a lot more than just the stuck out lips.
