Aside from the fact that the creators do not even celebrate Christmas, the show is very racist, as well as misinformed. "Santa has been a white man's game"? The concept of Santa, is based on Sinterklaas, which is based on Saint Nicholas of Myra.

Seth should know better than anyone else being he's part of the machine that works to discredit religion namely Christianity but once a year use the opportunity to make a few bucks. The worst part about this is the movie is one of the most racist films I've ever seen yet the director is calling everyone who dislikes it racist. Hollywood isn't dead but it certainly is dying and this series is a stark reminder of why we can't have nice things.

If there is one thing you don't mess with, it's the sacred tradition and spirit of Christmas. As I said, he knew better and in the end I say good riddance Seth and Sarah canceled themselves...again… Expand

The show is creative and entertaining. The acting and script are pretty good. It is a little raunchy like Team America or South Park but also deals with some important issues. Recommended for most people.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I saw the commercials for this and thought it would be an alright comedy but nothing all that special. I was HOPING for something that I could laugh at until it hurt but unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed. While there were many jokes that did land perfectly and really got me going most of them felt very mild or just didn't stick the landing with me properly. I was surprised at some of the biting criticism of the corporate world like Santa continuously giving himself a pat on the back for nominating the first black Santa and then toying, and then finally going through with, nominating the first female Santa. I found this thoroughly enjoyable considering it did bring forth what I think goes through the minds of a lot of company higher-ups when including diversity. It's less about inclusion and more about how "great" they will look. However, most of the other criticism isn't anything new or done any differently from what I saw. The main elf Candy's pursuit of the new job as Santa feels a lot like Santa's motivation as well. Wanting the job primarily because she would make history as the first female Santa and that being the only driving factor for her for the job. The biggest missed opportunity was in the character Devin, I feel like it would have been better had Devin been a female side character that truly embraced the spirit of the holiday and had been rooting and helping Candy only for her to pass on the opportunity and give it to the female Devin instead. Understanding that while being the first female Santa would have put her in the history books that she was going for it for all of the wrong reasons.… Expand

‘Woke’ or not, this show doesn’t have any genuine laughs, the main characters have one-way-payments for respect instead of more natural two-way-exchanges of character and intent. The problem with this show (at least for me) is that the characters succumb to the cynicism they’re supposedly against preaching; and it’s a PAINFUL experience because of that fatal design flaw.

Santa Inc. became the bomb it is because it’s crass shock value in animation because people called it out for the whole ‘oh look, animation’s for kids but THIS isn’t’ gimmick long before we had to suffer full-length episodes of its excess waste. Animation’s a multifaceted medium with eons of stories to its name. Santa Inc. insults animation’s pluralist legacy, and its creators couldn’t handle said criticism.

Anywho, this show is a MEGA-Bomb, and rightly so. Go watch something else: or one of Seth Rogen’s other works (anything but this).… Expand

Gave the show a few episodes and was horrified with each one. A sad commentary on the country with far left attack on a Christian holiday. Racist and bigoted.

Absolute garbage & in extremely poor taste. Crucially not in anyway entertaining or funny considering it's subject matter. Does nobody care about making quality productions anymore? Instead substituting quality & good writing for preachy messaging & treating your audience like imbeciles incapable of understanding nuance beating them over the head with your 'message' over & over. The preaching & 'the message' seems to be enough for studios to give the green light. They no longer seem to care if there is any quality to the writing or production. I've seen shows that apply what Hollywood corporatism seems to want in all their productions & still be entertaining & moving like Netflix's amazing show Arcane. However for every Arcane there is 20 shows made like this steaming pile of garbage. And stop blaming neoconservatism, Anti-Feminism, Racism or white supremacy for your show being disliked & **** I've heard this so much lately, is this now the go to excuse whenever you make a piece of garbage like this. Nobody owns up to their mistakes anymore so nobody learns from their mistakes & the wheel keeps spinning out **** like this.

Also FYI Santa is white & bearded cos he is based on a real life Christian saint just like St Patrick's day is based on a real life Christian saint. Christmas started out as a European christian tradition so of course he is a white bearded man & that's what the real dude looked like. It's nobody's fault that it has been adopted by so many more people around the world & no longer fits into the modern world view. I think alot of this stuff is getting the green light when it shouldn't cos the entertainment industry is trying to say sorry for Harvey Weinstein over & over or push themselves as far away from that travesty as possible but the overall quality of the industry is really suffering because of it. So many bad & incredibly average shows out there getting funding & sometimes audiences while such a tiny percentage with any actual real quality. Screen writing & quality of acting have particularly suffered. What's worse is the general population seem to be more accepting of low par average productions which is in turn enabling studios to keep spitting **** out. HBO actually quite easily had the best reputation & record of quality compared to like Netflix but this show doesn't help them one bit.… Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. this is absolute garbage the story and the characters are all unlikeable but here is the funny thing the most likeable character in the entire series is Santa who you are meant to hate while the most unlikeable character is the Main Character who your meant to love

the story follows an Elf who wants to become the first female Santa and guess what that's the only reason is why she wants to be Santa she doesn't like Christmas or Children she just wants to be the first female Santa all the while being the most unlikeable piece of ****

this show exists to **** on Christmas because it was made by people who clearly hate Christmas this show is blatant propaganda and guess what it is so bad that even the people the show was clearly targeting for its audience don't like it and it's so bad that a majority of them don't even pretend to like it But Hey Elf **** are in it if you're into that sort of thing… Expand

Just don't waste your time. Another show designed to push the message you are tired of seeing everywhere else.
