Great story, great acting.

It's one of the best series's I've ever watched of All time, yeah in the final seasons it wasn't as good as the first two but still enjoyed every bit of it

The first season is a 10/10 but second season is when the show declines making the second season is an 8/10. The only reason why season 3 is higher than 0 is because they actually escape from prison making it a 6/10 season four is 0/10

Prison break was a tense gripping crime drama for sure full of shadowy political intrigue. Maybe a few contrivances let it down in places and some outcomes were predictable early than they should of been. Prison Break as a whole suffers from what I like to call the Metal Gear Solid effect and what that means is that you have a series with beloved characters that could have ended on several different occasions but due to high demand from thePrison Break as a whole suffers from what I like to call the Metal Gear Solid effect and what that means is that you have a series with beloved characters that could have ended on several different occasions but due to high demand from the fans that loved these characters to bits the show kept coming back from the dead finding every excuse under the sun to keep going

After season 2 you have pretty much seen everything and if you find the first two seasons a bit too contrived then you will vehemently hate the rest because some twists and character motivations become downright laughable and characters by season 4 have lost every ounce of their realism

And then after years and years you get a fifth season that was ....Not awful I suppose but totally unnecessary . All of the characters felt like different people (Even more so than previous seasons) and the returning ones were so happy to be apart of this show again and their attitude reflected that . Problem is they felt even more faker than before especially in the case of T-Bag . This season was too preoccupied with having cool throwbacks than having a coherent and believable plot . As the younger brother myself Prison Break has a very special place in my heart but god knows it got worse with each season from a writing perspective and the super entertaining characters carried this show on their backs for years . That being said I'm glad it's finally done . Please let this show rest in peace… Expand

Show set in a prison. Pretty engaging story for the first two seasons if for some fairly bad acting by a lot of the main cast. Some side characters are much more engaging. Why didn't it end sooner? This series should be studied in college in the subject "When do you know it ends?"For me, until the 3rd, she is audacious innovator, with charismatic characters and an excellent script.
