Summary:
This series is based on the visual novel 'Phantom of Inferno' by Nitroplus. The series takes place in the American underworld where a new organization is attempting to gain power and influence by using their top assassin, Phantom. Unfortunately, a lone tourist witnesses one of these assassinations and learns the identity of Phantom. He is then kidnapped by Inferno and brainwashed in to becoming their newest assassin, Zwei.
