Apr 22, 2016This episode was... God, it was awesome. The construction of MK and the revelations about Beth were perfect. Maslany is as great as always, so as the rest of the show.

Oct 27, 2019It lost a lot of strength this season and became boring and redundant. Many of the episodes felt like filling and the ending didn't leave me satisfied.

Mar 31, 2022Revived from the brink of death season 4 takes off from the cliffhanger season three finally by going back to the beginning. Still not as compelling as the first two seasons the fourth season is closer at accomplishing that then the 3rd one ever was. It delves into more mystical territories .

Jun 14, 2020It’s funny because this show was originally a great idea and cool story that drew you in. Now the story is probably the worst part of the series. The humor and the actors are keeping it together.

Keeping it in the family, so to speak, could rejuvenate Orphan Black if you thought it maybe needed it. For everybody else who remained joyfully entertained by the story and by Maslany's many roles, this slight rejiggering does clear up some distractions and brings back fond memories of season one when this show was such a revelation.

The first three episodes of Season 4 are all great, but “The Collapse of Nature” might be one of the strongest and most satisfying season premieres I’ve ever seen.

Orphan Black‘s return is satisfyingly in tune with itself in a way that not only makes sense thematically with what’s been seen so far on the show--and where we left off with the characters--but satisfies in a purely dramatic, top-tier television sort of way.
