    I love this show! It is both funny and sweet with relatable characters I care about, even after only two episodes. The chemistry among the characters works with apparent real affection. Some have complained about the laugh track but I didn't even notice it. Even with an acerbic sister character, the overall tone of the show is one of clear affection among the characters.     Absolutely love this show. It's so funny and it gets funnier every episode. So glad they picked the actors/actresses they did, they're all wonderful!

    I am from South Africa and I only recently heard of "One Big Happy" when Ellen DeGeneres spoke about it and played a small clip on her show. After watching the first episode I was hooked. I absolutely loved it. I watched all 6 episodes that were aired, in one go, and I am very sad to hear that the show has been cancelled. I don't think there was one moment where I was bored. I thought it was super funny and I always had a smile on my face while watching. I loved every moment, the story line ,the humour, the cast, the jokes, all of it.

    Kind of mind blowing that Ellen DeGeneres is connected to this big happy mess of a flop. Just horrible. The cast is okay but the jokes and the canned laughter make my skin crawl.

    One of the worst sitcoms ever. Did writers actually write this show voluntarily or were they forced to create (that's too kind a word) this absolute piece of garbage?

    Unfortunately this show was horribly cast. The lead characters are caricatures of a lesbian, straight male, and the other woman. They all just miss the mark. So no matter how many jokes you put in their mouths, it just won't quite make it to "funny". In fact, the only Funny person on the show is the sister who's tucked away somewhere with not enough scenes or lines. The sister characterUnfortunately this show was horribly cast. The lead characters are caricatures of a lesbian, straight male, and the other woman. They all just miss the mark. So no matter how many jokes you put in their mouths, it just won't quite make it to "funny". In fact, the only Funny person on the show is the sister who's tucked away somewhere with not enough scenes or lines. The sister character "should" have been cast as the lesbian btw.     horrible horrible horrible. Acting... content... everything.. it sucks. Put anything on tv as long as it promotes homosexuality. I'm so over it. I cant even stand the commercial being on...

    Feldman and her writers are so obsessed with making One Big Happy socially righteous--Lizzy announces her gayness with the frequency of an undercover straight person--that they forgot to give it any heart.
