    I'm not usually inclined to write a review based on a single episode, but this show is something pretty special. Watching this, I had to keep asking myself are they taking the piss? Most bad shows have at least one redeeming quality, I just can't see it here. This is an absolute train wreck.. visually atrocious. Acting embarrassing, writing childish. Before watching it I read an interview with the creator, in which he sited pan's labarynth and pulp fiction as sources of influence. Ok.. its 2015. I have to wonder how something this cringe worthy can actually make it to the screen. It feels like syfy rang this guy and said we want you to create the worst freakin show possible, just so we can see if people will suck it up. I've never given anything a 0 in review. I have decided to award this a 2, purely because it takes some talent to be this bad.… Expand

    Just watched the last episode ... Atleast i watched it this long. (kinda like the actor Ö_Ö')
    Music: O.K.
    Setting: kinda interesting historial aspects: ... cruel! Story & End: startet ok, or even good, but is told that bad, your'e are just sitting there like ".. what the actually **** i just saw" ._.' special effects: Starts ok/good but getting even worse then the story .-. =>    Just watched the last episode ...     SyFy Original Programming is a mixed bag. Sometimes it's interesting, sometimes it's weird, and sometimes it's confusing. "Olympus" falls into the latter category, with the added "bonus" of also being incredibly boring. I'm not sure, after watching the first hour, what the show is about. I am sure, though, that I don't care enough to try and find out.

    Olympus is high-camp soap opera performed in a virtual void--which doesn’t make it good, exactly, but at least results in some wonderfully, terribly compelling amateur theater.... Hard to say if this series would please the gods, but it certainly caters to trash-loving mortals.

    The whole production is airless and stagy; the sound design is so bad, you can hear the actors’ voices echoing off the sound stage walls. Olympus evokes the unreality of a high school play, but it isn’t going for campy laughs like the Sharknado movies.
