    With Kate returning to America Tim's sister Lucy (Sally Bretton), recently back from ten years abroad, buys the flat becoming the new landladyWith Kate returning to America Tim's sister Lucy (Sally Bretton), recently back from ten years abroad, buys the flat becoming the new landlady and flatmate to Lee. Further adding to the cast is an accident prone cleaner, played by Miranda Hart. I've never really been a fan of Hart and, to be honest, found that her character added very little to the show but on the other hand Lucy certainly provided more laughs than the departed Kate. As a result this second series of Not Going Out, whilst still not without its problems, was a definite improvement on its debut year.… Full Review »
