    Really?

Someone thinks this show is a comedy? So far the two episodes I've seen have been scripted disaster shows, with nothing funny happening. The premise of the show, while probably happening on a daily basis somewhere in Hollywood is conveyed with such over-acting by poor actors that it becomes non-believable. I've taken this show out of my DVR's "to be recorded" list, and do

I had positive hopes for this show, considering McCarthy's involvement. But nothing about this show is funny. It's very "try hard" in an aggressive way, like stand-up comedy that bombs over and over again, where the jokes are all rather obvious set ups that land with hard flops. To make matters worse, none of the three main characters are compelling or interesting enough to make you root for them as they fail again and again in trying to push their script. Given how frequently, obviously, and carelessly the trio lies to people they're trying to impress, combined with their casual distaste for the process and the people involved, I spent most of my time wondering why this was even pitched. I'm astounded that it's already been renewed because it's just so objectively terrible. I could only stand watching two episodes, as they've put me off the rest. Expand

What are they even talking about in this show? I'm not sure why I don't understand this show. I've tried several times to get into it with no luck. The actors are very boring and NOTHING in the show is funny.
I really disliked this show. I always end up changing the channel after about ten minutes. Sorry, I tried. Very dull!!

Ha! This show is a comedy gem. They've mastered the art of the cringe to such a degree that it's sometimes hard to not look away. The three leads are incredibly gifted comedians and won't remain "nobodies" for long. Their characters are smart, talented people who are so under-confident and so eager to "make it" that they can't help but sabotage themselves with their own desperation. WithHa! Their characters are smart, talented people who are so under-confident and so eager to "make it" that they can't help but sabotage themselves with their own desperation. With every little white lie they dig themselves deeper and deeper into a hilarious hole. And even though it's about Hollywood, the characters are identifiable to anyone who's ever found themselves in a position where they were anxious to fit in or make it. I've seen every episode (6 so far) and haven't found a bad one yet,

As far as the haters, pay them no mind. They probably think Three and a Half Men or Big Bang Theory actually count as comedy. And if you do to, then I suppose you might wanna look elsewhere. But if you like original, cringe-worthy comedy that's smart and silly at the same time, then give it a try.

Took a few shows in to finally take off. Another reviewer/fan said it best with "They've mastered the art of the cringe to such a degree that it's sometimes hard to not look away.", cringe inducing funny!!
I think this might be the show's main premise? Cringey = funny.
Great cast and fun guest stars featuring some comic gems. More Kids In The Hall guys please, We need more funny shows

We need more funny shows like this. Where'd they all go? It's now all that infantile/14 yr old Star Wars humor (no such thing, idiots) for the so incredibly unfunny millennials. If you click on the negative reviewers user icons and see what shows that think are funnier and better than Nobodies, it's depressing.
But there's hope for good comedy thanks to; Veep, Broad City, Louie, Better Things, Difficult People, Idiotsitter, Crazy ExGF, High Maintenance,

Ignore the haters. This show has humor, lots of cringe-worthy moments, some heart, many cameos (some of which hit, some don't). Some sequences could use a rewrite, but mostly this is an entertaining show. Good chemistry among the leads.

There is no joke in Nobodies so precious that the joke isn't repeated at least a half-dozen times. It's an uncomplicated show determined to uncomplicate itself further.

Nobodies is OK. Some of it is quite funny. And some of it really isn't.

Dorf, Davidson, and Ramras aren’t interested in getting particularly deep. They are looking to provoke bigger laughs and more visceral cringes. And, for a few nobodies, they do a pretty good job.
