    Season 5 was the shortest, only 19 episodes, but contains my all-time favorite (Chimera) and one of the best finales in the show's history (Judgment Day).

    The season ender was dramatic and sad.. The show needed Jenny Shepard Cple of season longer .. I'm never ever emotional at anything but after Jenny Shepard was killed and Gibbs had to find who and why. I cried a little because they were great character to play off one and another. Since then I think NCis has lost some luster

    This season is a little more interesting, but not the best out there. This show is not top notch TV like on cable, but it's good for network TV. That's all it has to be. Improved
