    Season 3 is one of the show's best. It introduces a new character and several new plot lines, as well as starting and ending with a pair of two-part episodes that are some of Mark Harmon's best.

    This season adds a new character, but she is really annoying at first. This show is not top notch TV like on cable, but it's good for network TV. That's all it has to be
