    Love NCIS. Miss the dry humor of Gibbs with his co-workers. Want Ziva back. Really don't want to see Tony go but glad to hear ThompsonLove NCIS. Miss the dry humor of Gibbs with his co-workers. Want Ziva back. Really don't want to see Tony go but glad to hear Thompson will be paired with him again. Not sure why he is not established as a leader with team and Gibbs is placed as a co-Director with Vance. Gibbs could still be in the field running the team; has a girl friend or wife. Tony is running the team in the office other than interrogating. The writing is not as good -- prefer the story lines of seasons 1 through 10. I do love the show. I believe the tough-kind, gentle persona of Gibbs, Tony and McGee is worth watching and waiting for. Gibbs/Harmon, please don't leave even though I like the earlier persona in seasons 1 - 10.
