Muppets Now is actually quite entertaining if you can get past the really awkward moments. The show constantly goes back and forth from being really funny and entertaining to feeling like an attack on millennials and internet culture.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. As a huge muppet fan, I haven’t seen much Muppet content that I didn’t like. However it seems to try to change too many things that weren’t broke. While I was expecting the typical Muppet chaos that we all know and love, giving a new character more screen time than the Swedish Chef, Very long Miss Piggy segments, and not really providing much of a narrative made it a bit of a disappointing production. I still am really happy to see a continued investment in the Muppet brand, but I’d much prefer the ABC show that wasn’t really that bad.… Expand
