Normally I don't write reviews for shows, but Monster is just so good that I had to make an exception. It is, without the shadow of a doubt, the best show I have ever seen in my life. Here are a few reasons: 1. The ProtagonistNormally I don't write reviews for shows, but Monster is just so good that I had to make an exception. It is, without the shadow of a doubt, the best show I have ever seen in my life. Here are a few reasons: 1. The Protagonist
2. the fact that it invented its own genre
3. It had the best plot twists I have ever seen anywhere
4. It always made the viewers think they knew what is going on, just so that the viewer is even more surprised when the truth gets revealed.
5. The antagonist is by far the best I have seen anywhere.
6. The relationship between the protagonist and the antagonist.It reminds me of the relationship between Batman and the Joker, because they have the exact opposite personality, e. g. one of them is always serious, while the other one is always laughing, one of them never kills and tries to save everyone, no matter what they have done, the other one just kills anyone in order to create chaos. The second example actually matches exactly.
It's clear that the first episode of this show is already a masterpiece in itself.… Expand
