    This was a rather lackluster season of what has been a great show. I thoroughly enjoyed the first three seasons but with the majority of theThis was a rather lackluster season of what has been a great show. I thoroughly enjoyed the first three seasons but with the majority of the original characters now gone and the newbies being nowhere near as good I found it hard to really get into this season. Some episodes are better than others, but overall it's a turn in the wrong direction for the show and I can't say I'm looking forward to Season 5 if it ever comes out.… Full Review »

This is quite apparent in the first half of the series which feels rushed and lacking in cohesion - even the brilliant and oft-improvised Joseph Gilgun can't seem to rescue the show, seeming nervy and unsure in his performance. However things get better from the halfway point, the initially annoying Finn developing an endearing relationship with Gilgun's Rudy, and the late addition of O'Keeffe's Abby adding a new dimension to the gang. It was disappointing to watch the episodes at the time, and easy to miss the old characters, but watching a few years later, taken as a whole, this series was a good save by the writers, actors and crew in challenging circumstances.… Full Review »
