Jul 25, 2021The Show is not about He-Man. The Trailer is misleading and the Titel of the Series should be "Tale of Teela". Nice Animation and the Story isnt to bad. But in the end its the same Netflix **** they do everytime with loved Charakters and IPs.

Jul 24, 2021Propaganda vehicle under the guise of escapism. As an 80s kid, it's disappointing.

Jul 23, 2021A horrendous, horrible story that absolutely destroyed what great memories I had of He Man. Even Teela, the 'subversion' character, is weak and whiny. Total Waste Of Time.

Jul 24, 2021image a reboot of Buffy. She get's killed in the first 20min and Angel takes over. Willow is portrayed as weak and dumb, as are all other female characters. Now change the genders and you have this show.
Another woke garbage show by Netflix. -

Jul 23, 2021This show is a middle finger in the face of classic MOTU fans. He-Man is really only in the first episode. From then on it's as everyone expected: Teela's the main character. Netflix basically ruin every franchise they touch so we can't be surprised. Kevin Smith has taken that to the next level here though and absolutely destroyed He-Man. Avoid this all costs if you are a He-Man fan.

Jul 23, 2021It’s ok making Teela the lead character, it’s actually a refreshing take on MotU. However, marketing it as a He-Man series is a dick move. If you wanna do a Teele series, then commit to it and say it as it is.
Anyways, I could've forgive that too if it wasn't so terrible. -
Jul 23, 2021This show literally lacks a strong male lead. Change the name to SHE-MAN. Kevin Smith ruined one of the most beloved franchises of millions of 80s kids. This 21st century wokeness is trash. This show is a HARD PASS.
-
Jul 23, 2021It’s a He-Man show without He-Man, and it’s horribly written. Kevin Smith lied. Don’t bother.
-
Jul 29, 2021Kevin Smith is a LIAR and a SHILL.
This show is a complete disrespect of the original material and the 2003 reboot, which are both FAR SUPERIOR to this trash. This is nothing more than more of the same WOKE ideology you've seen in every other movie or tv shows. AVOID this trash at all cost, and any other garbage that Kevin Smith attempts to vomit out in the future. -

Jul 23, 2021The original animation wasn't sexist. He-Man had gay traits, SheRa was a powerful warrior. And unfortunately now in 2021, they turned the new animation into a terrible **** Where's He-Man? Netflix destroys everything it touches!
-
Jul 23, 2021Kevin smith lied about the show to pushing feminism propaganda.
Its on Netflix so it was expected. -
Jul 23, 2021This is the worst reboot ever.
Total bait and switch with the main character. An spit on the face of real fans of the original series. -
Jul 23, 2021He-Man is active only in episode 1 and he act like a fool. Teela is the powerful woman who becomes the new "man"-at arms... and save the day... the 4 other episodes are all about Teela's Heroquest and later Princess Adam joins the Party... Never seen such a bad version of Motu. This is no Masters of the Universe Show! This is just more Woke Content! Don't watch it!
-
Jul 24, 2021The story is utter trash, boring and implausible characters, old childhood memories crushed. Very sad
-
Jul 23, 2021They turned it into an anime. Greyskull is now some kind of Palace. Ugh. No, thanks. Kevin Smith should be ashamed.
-
Jul 30, 2021It looks amazing and has a mostly good voice cast. But it’s GARBAGE. The story is awful. Kill off good character’s and turn others into wimp apologists or a self-centred B***H.
-
Jul 26, 2021Si la intención era hacer una serie sobre Teela lo hubieran dicho, publicidad totalmente engañosa y una inclusión forzada a mas no poder. Rescatable, solo la animación.

It may take a little while to fully get into what Masters of the Universe: Revelation is doing if you are not already familiar with the franchise. But whether you're a longtime fan or just hungry for a unique blend of sci-fi and fantasy, this show offers an exhilarating adventure that justifies the era of the legacyquel, while proving itself a necessary and essential part of the Masters of the Universe mythos.

Smith eschews his normally wordy dialogue style, but keeps the characters smart and real, which helps us want to follow all of them as they go on their journey. He also hews closely to the convoluted world that is Eternia, where there’s layer upon layer of intrigue and mysticism that needs to be restored or captured. The animation is an upgraded version of the ’80s Filmation style the original show had, but with just enough retro touches to keep the show connected to its predecessor.

For those expecting something truly boundary-pushing, rest assured, no one will confuse this with "Clerks."
