Interesting and fun but the chemistry between the two leads is off, they don't suit each other at all.

It's pretty good. I would not call it great, but it is funny enough and engaging enough to be a good background show.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. all in all there is kind of not 8 episodes of what you want, every other ep is a recap of what happened to someone else while what you watched last episode happened. Other than that it's fantastic. Good acting and grabbing stuff Expand

Reminds of the beginning of multiplicity but without getting out of hand. Solid acting by Paul Rudd kept me interested even when loses its momentum but overall an interesting start that has loads of potential.

Paul Rudd puts on an absolutely fantastic performance x2. The series knows when to have its serious moments and its comedic moments and blends the two beautifully. The Aisling Bea should also be noticed for her stunning performance. A goodPaul Rudd puts on an absolutely fantastic performance x2. However, it still feels enough like a mainstream sitcom that it should breeze its way to further seasons.
Of note is also the excellent music provided by Anna Meredith (who also provided the soundtrack to Eighth Grade) which elevates Living with Yourself to feel more cinematic than the short episodes suggest.
Overall it’s a fun viewing experience which is very easy to binge in one sitting, so keep an eye out for season two.

The interesting premise pulls you in, the acting and drama keep you watching but there were a few weaker episodes to not make the series a 10.

Music blends in seamlessly and sets great mood. Rudd hits all the right notes. And the thing that stands out the most is the layered storytelling, which switches viewpoints from each version of Miles/Rudd, then joins up at points of climax. Must watch, and let's keep our fingers crossed for a season 2. Expand
