Not historically accurate at all. Fight sequences ridiculous- one stab of a sword goes right through solid plate armor? Really? And terrible acting too. Avoid.

This is quite an entertaining series if you have no respect to history. I am trying to think of a single thing that was done right...I have got nothing. I just can't explain in words how unfathomably average this series is. After watching all episodes I can barely remember what characters were in the series. That is because albeit some characters have a decent development going on, most,I just can't explain in words how unfathomably average this series is. After watching all episodes I can barely remember what characters were in the series. That is because albeit some characters have a decent development going on, most, including the main character, are just jarring to watch. Also many plot points are just outright dropped or never resolved. All in all, I wouldn't really recommend anyone to watch this, you must have a very serious soft spot for the classic Templars vs Saracens / Medieval setting to even get a hunch of enjoyment out of this.… Expand

Second Season is just absurd. Characters become parodies of themselves, no complexity just pure Good or pure evil...

La serie es entretenida para quien no busca altas espectativas en el rigor histórico y en la complejidad del argumento, el elenco actoral cumple con holgada solvencia su trabajo..Se deja ver...Para fanáticos de la serie sólo decir que la sala dónde se reúnen el Papa Bonifacio y la madre de Landry se rodó en el refectorio del antiguo convento de Sta Inés de Bohemia en Praga y el encuentro entre Landry y Jonas de Ardennes se filmó en la cueva Rozborenka en Kokorin, Chequia.… Expand

Show started off great, then you get to the end of the first season. They are hanging someon, and they just let him wear a glove, with a fully exposed knife to get hanged. This is a half decent show, with really bad excuse for plot
