Season 1 Review:
It’s classic cranky Seinfeld, but there’s such a spring in his step as he moves about the stage, such a twinkle in his eye as his voice goes higher, to the point where he sounds like everyone’s not-good imitation of Jerry Seinfeld, that none of it comes across as angry. This is the comedy of joyful bemusement.

Season 1 Review:
Hopefully, our current sorry state as a civilization will have the luxury of getting back to laughing at these trivialities anew. And if not, we’ll always have these old Seinfeld-at-home-on-the-stage movies –on Netflix — to remember how it was back when self-seeking friends turned “picture bullies” were all we had to worry about, back when “dinner and a show” were totally a thing.

Season 1 Review:
If you dug his brand of observational stand-up in the past, you might still like it today. If you consider yourself a true connoisseur of dad jokes, get ready for a feast. If you’ve always felt like Jerry Seinfeld was a parody of himself, and of an entire strand of stand-up that peaked during the Reagan years, then this might be a tough hour to get through.
