    Hilarious parody. Fascinating conclusion to a absurdly exciting story. It's a memorable season that despite not meeting the quality it had set keeps afloat.

    I continue to be impressed with how it balances its many stories, how thoughtful and fully formed each of its characters are, and how it somehow still manages to take unbelievable, impossible plot twists and tie them together so neatly with the dramas of a typical life.

    Like so much of what creator Jennie Snyder Urman has done thus far, the development [what happened to Michael] functions simultaneously as a parody of a telenovela and the genuine article, self-aware but also sincere. ... All of the new episodes are similarly deft.
