This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view. I missed out on season 1 and I gave it a try this time.
I really like Alan Cumming and the female lead (Bojana Novakovic) is likable, too.

Sadly, nothing I saw was in any way fresh.
I know, procedurals dealing with serial killers have been done to death (no pun intended) and it's hard to do another one and come up with something new.
But the show feels like they aren't even trying that hard. The characters aren't that interesting.

The resolution of the first episode is so ordinary, I couldn't believe it.
And it was also incredibly stupid (see the spoiler Area below).
What a letdown! This is how you start a new season? OMG. Sad!

There's no reason to watch this show unless your a huge fan of Alan Cumming or you're physically dependent on police procedurals.

    *** SPOILER ALERT !!! ***
The killer is one of the psychotherapist's patients who is hurt in his narcissism, because one of his appointments got canceled. He couldn't stand the fact that someone else might be more important than him.
So stupid! The more patients are killed the less of them are left and the more suspicious the rest gets. So the surviving patients will eventually end up as the main suspects.
This is too stupid for an intelligent, narcissistic killer!
I can't believe this was the resolution of the episode.
