    An exhilarating coming-of-age tale with a mystery at its center, “I’m Not Afraid” is a beautiful depiction of the delights of childhood and how quickly and callously that essence can be shattered by the greed and volatility of adults.

    I'm Not Afraid promises to have a lot of twists and turns, but at its heart its still a coming-of-age story about a group of kids who are going to find out that the adults in their lives aren’t what they seem to be.
