Jul 2, 2023Weird, and new. It's refreshing to see a show that breaks the mold and tries something different, instead of the usual old schlock.

Jun 26, 2023pretty good show ngl I had fun watching it and its a shame people will review bomb it without even watching it. And we all know why but I wont mention it here.
It has great character arcs through the season, and it examines themes of personhood and love. Something we all need when we go through hard times. great job team. -
Jun 29, 2023FRESH. It's super dark and self aware but also silly. Like a high IQ gallows humor vibe. This **** is truly unique, not some derivative garbage.

Jun 24, 2023I hope they brought a really big dumpster for this garbage show that explores the burning question on everyone’s mind “what if a black guy was tall”. Please devote as much of your future existence and funding to developing time travel so I can get the hours I wasted on this terrible show back.

Sep 5, 2023Not for me. I was bored for most of time. Still I can’t find a specific reason if this… each element of series is good but together …

No one can accuse Riley of failing to swing for the fences. For all its missteps, I’m a Virgo is a striking visual experiment, with a sweet central performance from Jerome. Perhaps a season or two can more satisfactorily explore the many issues on the mind of its creator.

At one point a character says, plainly: “All art is propaganda.” But not all art is as fresh and eccentrically realized as this series. I hope Riley gets a second season out of it.

Riley keeps us guessing right up until the end, not to mention pulling off a satisfying conclusion from the web of plot and thematic threads he has weaved, is a testament to his skill. That he does so while also making a profound social statement is more impressive still.
