Apr 5, 2016Honestly one of my all-time favourite shows. Absolutely HILARIOUS. Everyone saying it's not funny, it's weird, etc; the whole point of the show is to create something unique, and I think Idiotsitter hits that head-on.

Jan 14, 2016The pilot was made available early online, so I gave this a try. I don't recommend watching it. All I could think during the painful 30 minute presentation was why was this made, and how did someone decided to waste money on making this a series. Ugh.

Jan 22, 2016Some dumb comedies are smart in their dumbness, and some are just idiotic and cheap, and Idiotsitter falls in the latter category. I don't know what show the critics were watching, but it must have been a different Idiotsitter. I gave up on this one halfway through..

Feb 6, 2016Some critics like this because they identify with the round figure of the main character. It is a disgraceful sitcom, both in text and aesthetics. If you like watching ugly people saying stupid things by the way of retro-hipster banter, and you like obesity, this is your show.

Jun 16, 2017Hilarious, awkward, edgy, and a love letter to stoner comedies, as a show! Reminds me a little bit of Playing House but with more degeneracy (in a good way!) :D

The talent involved is enough to ensure that Comedy Central’s latest is vaguely amusing, but Idiotsitter should have been more riotous than amiable, more uniquely ruthless than blandly juvenile.
-
For all the self-protective aggressiveness and passive aggressiveness on display, Idiotsitter is tender at its core and toward its characters.

Idiotsitter, a smartly crass comedy, plays like a treatment for a wacky buddy-movie, shrunk to a smaller scale for TV.
