    Hi
Be assured that the 4th season is the BEST from Dr. House but to completely appreciate you might need to see the previous season or at least the last 4 episodes.
It's a drama and it has lot of fun and some times it's like a thriller. This season has it all and a superb out of your mind finale that touches you very deep. You won't have any regrets if you see this season. Have a great

I used to enjoy House but after getting rid of most of the original cast (to have them somehow reappear) threw me. Also, Dr. House has become just so bizarre that I tire of the show easily -- more medicine would help IMHO, but I suspect I won't be watching much even in the doldrums of summer.

Snarky drug addicted doctor committing acts that should land him in prison, hurting all those who care about him. It's one of the best train wrecks on TV. Fine acting and really tight writing featuring a group of deeply flawed characters makes for some compelling TV. I just love to watch them all operate.

The addition of the new cast is refreshing, House is as maniacally entertaining as always, and the two-part finale is the best this show up to this point. 8.6/10

House takes its seemingly depressing task of replacing our favorite team and makes it fun, and while it isn't quite as well executed as I would have hoped, I'm willing to forgive it thanks to the fact that it follows with a much stronger arc for its closing episodes. *sigh* Enjoy it while it lasts folks, this is the last consistently good season of the once-great show.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Season 4 turned out to be almost as good as the previous seasons, despite the fellowship trio leaving the Diagnostic department. Well that's how it was supposed to be but you know, when certain actors names are very much included in the show theme and not inconspicuously removed under any circumstances, then it becomes very obvious.
With the inbound new group of wannabe fellows, the show and its titular characters add a lot of humor, opportune games and new options to introspect and investigate on as far characters go. But there is general sense of absence of quality compared to the previous seasons where the actors had really peaked. But that is definite compensated for by the ominous premonitions of the season finale which heralds the tragic intake uptake that is to come for in the next season. There is not much to add except for the fact that Olivia WIlde as Bisexualite Thirteen, Peter Jacobsson as Jewy Taub and Kal Penn as Indiano Kutner are really good additions and shoutout to pretty petite that is Anne Dudek.
