Builds on a strong first season. Diving into House's past with Stacy is a nice development. The core cast gets more attention this season as well. As always, House-centric, but who cares when his character is so entertaining. The season finale is one of the best episodes of the show as is the two-part Euphoria. 8.9/10

The second season takes it maintains a superiority to the first, with more interesting and story telling, Dr. House giving a show. .

Strongest season of the show in my opinion. It builds on the strengths of the first season, namely: the interesting cases and the strengths of its cast, particularly front man Hugh Laurie, who shines in this season as the medical equivalent to Sherlock Holmes. The show hits its peak here, and while that's a bit of a shame in the long run, don't let that stop you from enjoying every secondStrongest season of the show in my opinion. You have watched season one, haven't you?
    1) You have and you know how great it is. Or at least you are aware of rumors, praises and reviews. Trust me on this that this season does it way better with the acting, the story and the quirky cases.

    2) You haven't but you want to. Go watch the first season and when you are starving for more of House, Cameron, Foreman, Chase, Cuddy, Wilson and in-betweeners that come and go, I will know that you will know that what I know about how this show is known about is pretty much accurate.
The prosaic poetry and proverbs, unsubtle cynicism and craziness and brilliance of execution of roles assigned to the actors. That's enough oiling to go on and watch it already.
P.S. - I am so infatuated with Jennifer Morrison that I downloaded on all her appearances in How I Met Your Mother. Two birds, One Stone - Reminiscence and Resonance. Appreciate Lisa Edelstein's blue eyes and cheekbones but going any further along this line doesn't help my case anymore. So, Ciao.

House thrives on its one-two punch of ''He's a cad... a genius cad!'' But the series falters when it comes to genuine character development.
