There is again a variety of good episodes that deal with past decisions and characters development. There are some good additions to the lore and all characters can shine. There are some good additions to the lore and all characters can shine. There are also a lot of episodes I recommended to watch. Also the actors have mastered their characters and they continue past story or character arcs. This is when a series hat reached the point where everything develops natural. There are no out of character moments and all lore, stories and developments are believable. There are sadly no reoccurring new characters introduced in this season and there is no overarching story arc which is not uncommon for this series. The seasons before had small ones except season 3 but even that one only started half-way in. Again the costumes, special effects and soundtrack are really good. Overall a solid season with interesting additions to the lore and continuations of past shown stories. It is enjoyable to watch. My favourite episodes are: “Homeland” for the story and insights, “Double Eagle” for the whole situation, character interactions and references, “Leader of the Pack” for its two story arcs, set up and clever resolve, “Reunion” for the continuation and enrichment of a past episode, the for me two parter “Something Wicked” and “Deliverance” for Duncans hardest challenge so far and actually confirming the fan theory we had when Darius was introduced, “Methuselahs Gift” for the continuation of a previous story, “Til Death” for the whole situation , humour and resolve and the final episodes “Judgement Day” and “One Minute to Midnight” for the set up, story and development.
