Takuma Hirose is a young male high school student who for unknown reasons is blind. After his mother's sudden death, his father moves Takuma out of the city and into a rural area where he enlists in a new school. Despite the fact that he is reserved due to the emotional scars his mother's death left, he soon befriends three girls: Hayami, Hinata and Kagura. They become Takuma's best friends and the people he talks to most at school. As their friendship deepens, Takuma's condition gradually betters.
