Best binge worthy show I've seen in a while. Michelle Dockery is very convincing as a conniving, smart-ass, American woman caught in a mental war with herself and the idea of the mother she'd like to be. The thing I really love though is the chemistry between her and Juan Diego Botto (Javier). It's fun to watch them banter but even better when they can't resist each other. Don't let the critic's score of 65 fool you. This is a topnotch show. While the plot is at times unbelievable, the writing and acting is so good that you just don't care. casting even in the smallest roles is excellent. The writing is so good you find yourself rooting for a hit man and a drug addicted kleptomaniac. This is a great show. Watch it!

It is a good TNT drama. I've been watching it because of Michelle Dockery. She is superb I just hope she will have more tv shows. Hopefully there willl be another season.

I have now watched 5 episodes of this show. I was waiting to see if the premise faded after a few episodes but I love it. Great acting, a strong production and an engrossing, non-typical story line make this extremely watchable.

Wow just watched ep 7 (dvr'd 1-6.) I admit I first watched out of curiosity (Downton team Mary fan). This show is unlike any other. I knew Dockery would be off the charts but was pleasantly surprised at the amazing talents of Juan Diego Botto, Luisa Struis and an all time fav Terry Kinney (Chicago Steppenwolf)

Even the smaller characters are top notch and they all measure up to

Even the smaller characters are top notch and they all measure up to Dockery's level. (The guy who sold Letty the weed at the gas station... the mom who ran into them and SUSAN from the front desk!!!)

This along with great writing, photography and chemistry make for one entertaining show. There are some really graphic moments (yeah I'm a mom with a filter) but definitely a binge worthy show. Breaking bad with a smoking hot love story in a noir look/feel setting.

Really surprised there isn't more hype on it. Literally no one in my circle knew about this show. I really hope TNT renews. Poor timing with the premiere/launch and little advertising amongst the masses IMO has kept this out of the headlines.

i think this show has not gotten its due...some of the episodes are truly compelling, some a bit slower but think it deserves a 9.0...the two main characters work really well together. i hope we see a season 2

Strangely an addictive show. Just can't seem to get over the very good acting by all the cast members and soundtrack choices. They just find the most relevant song for every moment.
Also the storyline is unique and unexpected, so it adds a thrilling aspect to the show. Otherwise its a perfect blend of drama, humour and romance.

Good acting, (great in some scenes), high production values, plausible story line, good camera work and pretty decent soundtrack. What's not to like?

She's pretty low but somehow a bit redeemable. The evil sidekick / overlord is pretty good to watch as well. Some surprisingly raunchy sex scenes for 9:00, (hide the kids) but otherwise a darkly humorous and emotional ride.

Some fairly convenient script twists in the 2nd episode and I could not suspend disbelief to make it all work. I mean, seriously, NOBODY saw them putting bodies in trash bags in a very well-lit parking lot of a very well-staffed, expensive hotel? Oh, it was in the back, so...

Anyway, some of the best TV I've seen lately, regardless. Carry on.

While I am sick of the antihero premise, the acting and writing on this show is amazing. Yes, there may be some plot holes, but wow, my heart was beating so hard in both premiere episodes! I am super excited to watch more and I hope we get a second season run!

It may still need some depth but Michelle Dockery and Juan Diego Botto have an amazing chemistry. The writing is entertaining and the soundtrack doesn't let down. It's an enjoyable TV exercise.

The acting is spectacular as well. I was a big Downton fan and to see Michelle in this role shows not only her strengths but her willingness to take a risk. Oh, and I haven't even mentioned the music---every detail is spot on!!! Thank you for the quality and please, please, keep this show going! Expand

The best debut in the dull 2016 crop, methinks. Character-driven drama with a fresh premise: a woman just released from prison both does and does not try to reform her self-destructive ways. The two men closest to her both do and do not try to help. In the hands of lesser actors, these dueling impulses could lead to incoherence, but this series is beautifully cast. As other people note, Michelle Dockery does a stunning 180-degree turn from Lady Mary to play the conflicted parolee. I loved Terry Kinney's torn prison manager in OZ, and here he has an equally complex role as a torn parole officer. Juan Diego Botto is new to me but obviously an experienced and subtle actor. For once, nobody chews the scenery; they just play off one another beautifully. I don't love the maternal storyline, which dominates a few mid-season episodes, because the writers fail to completely avoid sentimentality. But they do better than most. And I'll forgive some treacle in a show that sends up "recovery culture" as well as this one does! Expand

The show wants you to care for the main character but it is hard to do so as she is such a revolting individual. Michelle Dockery's accent is awful and the plot very hard to believe. The attempt at being edgy is contrived and in the end you just stop caring.

Contrary to the general opinion though, I thought episode 4, with Dockery going back to her hometown without her killer friend, was the best so far. I knew it was coming but it was still a bit disappointing when he turned up at the end. Episode 5 - it's up to you to keep me hooked. Expand

Good Behavior may develop into a guilty pleasure once it gets past the icky origins of its romance, but its value along the way--primarily, an ass-kicking female protagonist taking vengeance on oppressive, rotten men--is largely mooted by a relationship contrary to that very mission.
