Summary:
John and Beth White have toiled long and hard to better themselves and thanks to their own construction company they have now traded up, going to country clubs and owning a mansion. Their oldest child, Darren works in the family business and is married to a woman named Terese. Their other children, Justin and Lauren, have grown up in the pampered lifestyle and have been enjoying all the perks money can afford. Their lives though are now tumultuous as John's latest affair, with a woman named Cassidy, has resulted in a child. John decides to leave Beth and stay with Cassidy, which has everyone shocked by the revelation.
