Summary:
This is a prequel to the Ga-Rei manga (hence the 'Zero' in the title), and is set two years before the first volume of the manga.
The show follows Kagura Tsuchimiya the daughter of a very powerful family of exorcists as she begins working for the Japanese Ministry of Defense's Supernatural Disaster Prevention Agency. Here she battles against all manner of spirits and demons alongside other exorcists including her cousin Yomi Isayama, a girl that will eventually betray all those close to her.
