Comedy... hmmm, I tried to get into this, but I could not. Maybe invest in a better casting budget next time. Felt forced. I could not watch more than two episodes, maybe the acting improved in later episodes, but I'll never know.

The script may have been good, but it was hard to tell because the acting is hammy, each character appears to believe that they are screamingly funny (which they are not). Kudrow does what she can do to elevate this steaming pile but its not really enough.

Great first 6 episodes. Very well written and well acted. Some of the scenes about addiction absolutely blew me away.

This is an excellent first season that shows off Mae Martin as a comedian and their sense for drama while exploring modern romance.

Quick witted, provocative and confusing (rarely) . Feel good ,as it's titpe suggests is a deely personal journey through the pitfalls of addiction and gratification culture which leave our generation unsatisfied. Mae's quasi autobiographical hand grounds the story so that it feels like a four dimensional protagonist who's actions aren't cliché or sensationalist but informed and clever. If you can make it through without laughing breathlessly in between tears then you are stronger than me. Expand

“Feel Good” is wonderfully complex emotionally.

What it lacks in rom-com purity it makes up for in substance. I found myself rooting for the couple to stay together and also get the hell apart. It’s a buoyant, bingeable comedy that’s worth arguing about. Trust me when I say: It feels good enough.

Hilariously crafted, thrillingly paced, and brimming with the kind of raw honesty rarely found on TV, “Feel Good” will certainly make you feel, if not necessarily good, then something refreshingly real.
