There hasn't been a show this good on TV since Breaking Bad. I loved the first season--but this one is off to an even stronger start if that's possible. The premiere was perfect.

This is the best TV series I have ever seen - ever. Better than The Wire? Yep. Breaking Bad? Uh huh. I cannot remember the last time that I've wanted to re-watch an episode immediately after watching it the first time. We've watched these episodes a couple times each, just to enjoy all of the detail, the sets, the clothing, the music, and the lighting, oh the lighting. This show has been hyped to death, but for once it's true. This show is really that good.

It has already far surpassed S1 after only 4 episodes. I wish S2 of True Detective could have achieved this feat. The cast is terrific. It is crafted flawlessly. The added sci-fi element is the perfect subtle undertone to add a bit of a surreal intrigue which I would equate to fantastic feat of True Detective S1 integrating the horrifically supernatural, eerie gothic vibe in S1.

I loved the first season of Fargo. Got a message today from Netflix that the first episode of season 2 was available: what a surprise! Same place, different period and different characters. If the first 2 episodes of the season are any indication of what is to come, we're in for a treat. After what I thought was a season 1 that could not be topped, they' ve come back with the same brilliant writing, filmography and acting that made season 1 so engrossing.

Ted Danson was the best thing about this season, followed very closely by the Mike Milligan character. Followed very very closely by Patrick Wilson. and the photography, and the music. Honestly, there was not 1 thing this season that did not blow me away. I would restart it and watch it all again on a rainy day.

Spectacular in every way. It's creepily weird, funnily beautiful, and extremely gripping. Yes, I do miss Season 1's characters, but Season 2 is equally entertaining. Simply love this show more and more as each episode unfolds.

This show ranks right up there with Breaking Bad as one of the best dramas ever to appear on television. Smart, clever, thrilling, you can't take your eyes off of it. I didn't think it was possible to top the movie but season two comes as close as anything you'll ever see. Amazing.

Given how good season 1 was, I did not expect season 2 to be better...but it is. Everything in this season was amazing and top-notch. The visuals, the sounds, the dialogue, the direction, the pacing, the themes, the characters, the story, the music...this is without a doubt one of THE BEST seasons of any television show ever.

Fun and fresh, rapid, well-conceived. One of my most favorite shows this year. Execution is smooth and development better paced than Blacklist, which I also like, though it has fallen off a bit. Most of my preferred programming is off network but this is an exception. I am perplexed by some of the reviews.

Well thought out characters, funny moments, dark moments, this show has it all. Probably my favorite show since "Breaking Bad". Must see for everyone.

Breaking Bad, True Detective Season 1 and Orange Is The New Black were shows with high entertainment value but the second season of Fargo was the best TV effort since the first season of Homeland: inventive, superbly acted, heartfelt. At some point I will watch the whole season again.

The story is muddier and more complex than last season’s, full of halfway nice and semi-awful people rather than the purely good and bad. Every episode starts with a ’70s jam and a jaunty split screen. The Midwestern accents are inconsistent and strange, but that only makes them funnier.

The second season of Fargo is just as fantastic as the first. And viewers who didn't catch the first season can easily slide into the second. Some nuances will be lost, but those are minor compared to how good this series is.... Hawley and his writers' greatest strength is incredible control of tone and atmosphere.
