    Episodes isn’t made for mass viewing. Its world is too insular (even for the biggest television fan); its take on success is limited. But LeBlanc is a good sport and Mangan and Greig are too good to be limited to British series.

    Not much shows nowadays, walks on smart comedy and more importantly keeps it to the point and these are the reasons why it stands alone and will be a bit eerie to encounter by the normal sitcom viewer. David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik's vision seems wide and is approached too with appropriate care and understanding of the whole tone and the 'backstage' world they have projected in here. Matt Le Blanc in the centre of it is doing some of his career's best work in here and is supported too with a great cast like Tamsin Greig and Stephen Mangan. Episodes is not your usual sitcom that takes its time to prove a point; its hits fast, hard and even brutal sometime along with a proper understanding of character development that arcs its way up perfectly to the mark.    … Full Review »
