    Exacerbating the estrangement is the presence of Sherlock's abrasive and mysterious new protégée from across the pond, Kitty (the vividly spunky Ophelia Lovibond), whose first encounter with Watson is promising only if baton-wielding catfights are your idea of a good time. Their slow, tentative bonding over the next few episodes is one of the most intriguing elements of Elementary's unusual and potentially risky new direction.

    Ughhh! This present season has lost interest into what had been an interestingly modern take on Holmes. Having quite enjoyed the previousUghhh! Having quite enjoyed the previous seasons their cases, content, direction, and as a series, bread and butter, that would run through those longer periods of any year's running

    Presently this season as a show losing focus, now we has 2 Watson's. An absurdly ridiculous notion. Further adding so much more unneeded drama away from themed material. Yawn. I'm Watson, Nooooo I'm the Watson, SHHHHHH your both Watson, cos I am ze real Sherlock. Causing this show now to be by large unwatchable. Boring.

    Loved it. Fantastic first episode for the 3rd season and I am sure it will not disappoint.

    New to Elementary? Then please, allow me. Simply swap out "the laws of England" for something like "this whole hideous, toxic species" and you're in! Welcome. Such a beautiful hand...
